1) Acceptance

By accessing this Website or making a donation, you agree to these Terms.

2) About Us

Operator: Sri Vanadurga Devi Temple — a non-profit religious organization. Donations support temple activities, maintenance, annadanam, and charitable works.

3) Use of the Website

You agree not to misuse the Website (no unlawful, harmful, or security-compromising activity). We may modify or suspend the Website without notice.

4) Donations

• Donations are voluntary and treated as charitable contributions to the Temple.
• You may donate via cards/UPI/net-banking/wallets through our payment partners.
• On success, you will receive an email/SMS confirmation. If you don’t receive it, contact us.
• Receipts/Certificates: We issue digital receipts to the email/phone provided.
• If applicable 80G/CSR benefits apply only if the Temple/Trust is registered and eligible—please confirm before donating.
• Recurring donations: If enabled and you opt in, you authorize periodic charges until you cancel.

5) Pricing, Currency & Fees

All donations are shown in INR unless stated. Your bank may charge forex or processing fees for international cards.

6) Refunds & Cancellations

Donations are generally non-refundable. However, we will consider refunds for duplicate transactions, technical errors, fraud/unauthorized use, or genuine mistakes in amount (reported promptly).

How to request: Email svdt1008@gmail.com with your name, date, amount, transaction ID, and reason within 7 days of the transaction. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 working days, subject to bank/gateway timelines.

7) No Shipping of Goods/Services

Donations do not involve physical delivery. If you purchase separate items/services (if offered), their specific terms will apply.

8) Payment Processing

Payments are processed by our payment partners (e.g., Cashfree/Razorpay/PayU) and partner banks/card networks/UPI apps. We are not responsible for downtime or failures attributable to third-party systems.

9) Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for providing accurate details (name, email, phone, PAN). We may decline/hold donations that appear suspicious or inconsistent.

10) Intellectual Property

All content (texts, images, logos) on the Website belongs to the Temple or its licensors. Do not copy or use without permission.

11) Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Temple is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from Website use or donation processing. Our total liability, if any, is limited to the amount you donated in the relevant transaction.

12) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify the Temple for losses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Website.

13) Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Theni, Tamil Nadu.
